Vision
The vision of the Department of International Relations is to raise the awareness of the Department of International Relations in these sectors by training qualified individuals who are suitable for the competitive conditions of both the public
and private sectors; to educate graduates who have the ability to understand and interpret international, regional and global relations on the basis of conceptual and theoretical knowledge; As the language of the department is English, to improve the
language skills of the students and thus to ensure that our graduates are individuals who can keep up with the requirements of the age.
Mission
The mission of the Department of International Relations is to be able to observe domestic and cross-border problems at the national and international levels, to follow these problems through international organizations thanks to its English Curriculum, to analyze the actions to be taken by all actors in the international system from an interdisciplinary and critical perspective, and also the department's mission is to guide solution-oriented and socially responsible individuals who have the qualifications sought by public institutions and organizations, non-governmental organizations and the private sector.Goals
- International Relations Undergraduate Program has advanced knowledge of the basic concepts and theories of the discipline of International Relations; It aims to educate individuals who can use this information while interpreting
historical and current events, who understand the historical development processes of international, regional and national political institutions, structures and organizations, and their relationship with the political conjuncture in the world.
- Aims
to train professionals who have the personal equipment and ethical principles required by business life in the broad sense, international relations and diplomacy in the narrow sense.
- The International Relations Undergraduate Program focuses
on raising individuals who understand societies within the broad framework of social sciences, are aware of social responsibility and political rights and freedoms, are open-minded, open to different cultures, and have digital literacy, which is a necessity
of the age.
