Short Biography

He is a graduate of the Ruhr University (Germany) Faculty of Law. He graduated from Heidelberg University (Germany) for his Master's and Doctorate. He started his career at Uludag University with the title Assist. Assoc. Dr. He became Associate Professor in 1987 and Professor in 1992. He undertook various administrative duties at the same university, such as Head of the Department, Vice Rector of Legal Counsel, and Dean of the Faculty of Law. He worked as a lecturer at FMV Işık University, Assistant Rector, and Legal Advisor to the Rector. He served as the Dean of Doğuş University Faculty of Law between December 2019 and May 2022. He has published studies on States Public Law, European Union Law, and Human Rights.
