Short Biography

Dr. Öğr. Üyesi Itır Toksöz Bullens has a Ph.D in International  Affairs from Northeastern University-USA, an MA in International Relations from Université Paris I – Pantheon-Sorbonne-France and a BA from Marmara University’s (francophone) Department of Public Administration. She was the President of European Peace Research Association (EuPRA) between 2012-2017. Her research interests are international security; science, technology and politics; space politics; peace studies; art in IR and peace studies.
